Living Through the Winter

Winter poses many challenges for our homeless population as temperatures drop, and we do everything we can to help bring added comfort to those in need. From the simple things like a cup of hot chocolate, to warm showers and extra blankets, the sleep center is there when we're needed most.

Recent snowstorms have been an extra burden as volunteers struggle to navigate the roads, snow removal becomes a daily chore, and our homeless population deals with slippery walkways and extreme cold. We provide warm meals, a safe and secure place to sleep, and a listening ear for folks just trying to make it through the winter.
